Which one would you choose?

I have two subs im looking at, I wont say to name brand becasue that might alone sway some people's decisions. Thses both are enclosed subs in the box.

Sub #1

2 12'' 1000 watts

In original box, but opened. Never installed. 100% brand new. But no warrenty. Seller says he'll exhcange but will not do any refunds.

Sub #2

2 10'' 800 watts

Brand new, right from manufacturer. With 2 year warrenty and 14 day return policy and 30 exchange policy.

Sub #1 is cheaper then Sub #2 by around $50.

So which one should I get?

Uhmmmmm, definately going to need to know the subs.

If not, flip a coin.

based on that, 2nd choice

im good amp wise, but based on that i think ill for sub #2 cause of the warrenty.

Anyone else have an opinion?
