Which one, MB Quart 2000.1D or AQ2200D?

just ask chris at dbr, the aq amp is a low cost dd alternative with cheaper parts than any mbquart amp has ever used. they are still good amps and do rated but for the money the aq cant touch the quart at all especially on sn ratio and signal processing. i wanna see a 1500 watt aq amp push a 2400 rms sub like the 1500.1 quart amp does. next time you wanna trash a brand back it up or shut the **** up real simple noob.

their are hundreds of threads on various competitor forums on the subject already with actual clamped readings.
i you research it the quart does 2200 rms at 12.6 -13.6 the aq does just over 2200 at 14.4 and barely 2000 at 12.6.their are a zillion threads on roe / termpro ect with benched results for both.

the aq costs more and aq cs sucks, never saw heard such rude people in my life.
Hey you faggot why dont you quit bragging about Maxxsonics in every thread just because you sell them. I know your a deep throat pro and rather good jiggling nuts but you can stop. I am pretty sure everyone on the forum knows your a faggot anyways.

that pretty much sums it up about sicaudio

i have used Hifonics and AQ stuff. i like both of there products.

i think TommyK has run the mbquart amp. pm him and see what he said about it.

Hmm, i have a Hifonics 1606d that i bought used, ive had it for a year and absolutely no problems!
Sonic is showing that the mb quart 2000.1d THD at Rated RMS Power as .10%

the hifonics 2010d is showing up as THD at Rated RMS Power as 0.08%

I have only heard the hifonics amps from maxxonics, so i cant comment on the sound quality of the mb quarts. Can anyone tell how the sq is on them compared to a 1610d or a 2010d?

I thought that anything under .10% thd was not audible.
The dsc2000.1 doesn't share a board with any current hifonics amp.. Look at the size, its larger than the bxi2610 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Got a single MB Quart DSC2000.1 in my truck running at 2 ohms on a pair of BTLs. Will have TL results tomorrow.
This amp is in fucking beastmode.

Lulz, hell yea.

i still wish i wouldn't have sold mine.. **** moniez. Amp reminded me of the old xx-hercules, honestly.. One powerful 2000 watt amp.

Heres what I posted in my build thread about numbers. This amp making that much sound at 2 ohms.... Im sold. Amps are killer. Even the 2ch I have in there for now is great.

With absolutely no tuning whatsoever, and a single DSC2000.1 @ 2 ohms, I burped a 146 @ 40hz legal.
I havent messed with the amp yet, and I think the gain is still under 1/2. Dont even know where the LPF is... Just kinda eyeballed the gain and LPF once before the subs even got playing an havent touched them since.

Like I said, I can bounce a full water bottle an inch off the top of my box, so that should be a huge gain when I fix that as well. I would say a solid .5-1db at least, then when I end up with 4x the power that should raise it as well. Then maybe a little if I round over the port and really fix up the seal and deaden the back doors at all.

Overall, I think a 150 @ 40hz legal should be easy. Id really like to see a 152ish, but we will see what I can get it to do.

i did a 146 at 38hz with a single treo ssx 12 and an mbquart 2000 it definetly does its thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
