which of these is best (kicker/audiopipe)

OK here's the deal I have these 2 audiopipe 12" subs:

They sound good, but i have a set of old-school kicker 15" impulses in my closet, im not sure if they work but i've been curious what they sound like

the impulses look like this:

so basically i want to build an enclosure and put the 15's in my truck instead of the 12's but which would sound best? I'm talking about bass... which would hit deepest and hardest?

Those are bottom end kickers from about 1998 or so, I havent used audiopipe so I cant tell you what they are gonna be like in comparison but for an entry level sub those kickers were always nice

The plain-jane Comps weren't the bottom-end back then?

no the impulse was prowler the comps were right below the solo

alright im gonna build a box and see what they sound like, and about selling them i'd consider it but not without seeing if they work and everything... i pulled these from a repo car we had at work, and never tested them or anything and they have always looked a little rough...

so even though these are bottom of the line they'll still be better than my audiopipes then basically?

should i build a ported or sealed with these?

try the audiopipes in a proper ported box and see how you like those
