which lead is which?

so i just got a set of coaxials and my problem is that i have no idea which lead is which. there is one lead that has a blue dot and im hoping that that will tell me. you guys know?

99% sure blue dot is positive.

You can always test with a AA battery to be sure.

Hook wire spoeaker + to + on aAA battery and speaker - to - on battery. If the speaker cone moves towards you, then the wire that is touching the positive end of the battery is the positive speaker wire. If the speaker cone moves away from you, then the speaker wire that is touching the positive end of the battery is the negative speaker wire. Only pop it, do not leave it one there for more than a second or two.
