Which glue to repair surround and paper cone?

I got a bunch of car audio stuff today from a guy on Craigslist. It's a little rough and I haven't tried everything out, but I think if even half of it works I made out decently. There's damage to one midrange on a 3-way speaker and damage to two sub surrounds. I'd like to patch or glue these up; none of it is worth reconing or putting real money into.

The midrange is paper. There's a tear in it, but the material is still there, so it looks like it can be glued, but I don't know what type to use.

The subs are a year and a half old. The surround material is in good condition, but there's a v-shaped cut in each one. I haven't done too much investigation, but the coils ohm out right and I don't hear any rub. Wonder why they blew? Anyway, the material is still there, so it can probably be patched or glued. I've read CA glue and Amazing E6000 are good options? Any thoughts?

Thanks

I would not recommend using a solid type glue like CA glue on subwoofer surrounds Just use silicone or amazing goop, much more flexible to work with the excursions.
Does the same apply to the paper cone? The whole cone moves in and out, so can I use a rigid glue there?

Can you give me an example of a silicone product to use? Is it an adhesive, or is it just called silicone?

for the surrounds:

or Amazing Goop 3.7 fl. oz. All Purpose Adhesive-140211 at The Home Depot

If its a paper subwoofer cone and its pretty big then, you can rip apart and mesh some paper together with some zip dry glue and insert it from the bottom side, it should replicate the paper consistency for a subwoofer paper cone. However if the hole is very small or its just a regular speaker, you can use any light and rigid adhesive to cover it. If the cone is polypropylene, amazing goop works fine since its also a plastic.

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
