I got a bunch of car audio stuff today from a guy on Craigslist. It's a little rough and I haven't tried everything out, but I think if even half of it works I made out decently. There's damage to one midrange on a 3-way speaker and damage to two sub surrounds. I'd like to patch or glue these up; none of it is worth reconing or putting real money into. The midrange is paper. There's a tear in it, but the material is still there, so it looks like it can be glued, but I don't know what type to use. The subs are a year and a half old. The surround material is in good condition, but there's a v-shaped cut in each one. I haven't done too much investigation, but the coils ohm out right and I don't hear any rub. Wonder why they blew? Anyway, the material is still there, so it can probably be patched or glued. I've read CA glue and Amazing E6000 are good options? Any thoughts? Thanks
