ok guys im shopping for a deck for the gf and she is going to be more about looks and display as opposed to sound (opposite of me)

I am assuming the kenwood has the best sound (I know some are older models)

I got a panasonic like that one, only one or two models under that one. I loved it alot. It was super easy to use and sounded great.

what are displays rated on? is 64 bit not as good as 4096 oel

I like the Pioneer. However, the new alpines do look pretty killer. I'm a fan of Eclipse myself though.

im sure new alpines probably have this option but my cda-9855 i had could change like 500 colors. my girlfriend liked to change mine to pink alot.......she might like that.

I have that kenwood right now and the sound quality is awesome, the display works well just a little bit hard to see in very bright sunlight though, like any display. I like that it has a full functioning remote that allows you to do pretty much everything. Mine also happens to be for sale.
