which amps to power my projected setup?

so im gonna have a fi bl 15 fully load and im gonna have either a set of Image Dynamics CTX65CS and CDT Audio EF-61NEO or 2 sets of one (still undecided on the best route) and i need to know which amp would be best to power each?

havent ordered it yet cuz im insure of which config would be better and im not sure if i understand the dual 1 ohm to mean its 1 ohm or 2 ohm.
