which amp?

I was almost certain that I was going to buy a Hifonics bxi1206d for the RE's, but after looking a bit, I can get a Orion amp that puts out the same for $40 less. I've always heard good stuff about Orion, but never any experience with.

What would you guys suggest for me, the RE's are dual 4's, so I need an amp that'll put out 1100-1300rms (about) at 1ohm, and max price is about $250 with shipping.

wow I'm retarted, that orion only puts out 600rms, 1200max... my bad.

Guess its the hifonics then unless someone else has a suggestion?

The box I'm building is going to have the subs seperated, and this MA amp I have can power one alright (as seen in some ROE vids), and I can just get another 1889i for $80 and throw it on the other sub. How bad of an idea would that be?

I doubt I'll do it though, only be putting 400rms (more like 350 in reality) to each when they want 600+rms, and they get pretty hot. Might as well go for the hifonics already...
