which amp

im getting a new sub amp soon and i just dont know what one. theres a few that i like..

memphis mcd1000 - 1100x1

orion 1200d - 1200x1

diamond audio d61500 - 1500x1

these amps are all around the same price...and for a 15'' type-r, anyone have insight on this, which ones i should also be considering?
