Which amp to power these component?

I'm looking for an amp to power my 6" Morel Dotech MK2 component ( they are rated at 140W rms)

I was looking for :

- JL audio 300/2

or

- Diamond audio D5 300.4 ( bridged 2X150 @ 4 ohm)

I was wondering if a 2X100 Wrms amp would underpowered them?

If not..I could check for Phoenix Gold, Zapco or US acoustic... I dont know...

What you guys think about it?

Underpowering speakers doesn't harm them...if they get loud enough for you at 100W, no sense in going higher.

K so between Zapco, PG, Diamond, Jl or US acoustic what would you guys PERSONNALY choose and why?
