My cousin just gave me 2 12 inch Pioneer Premier subs in a box they have 400RMS each and they are dual 2 ohm load. So i need a 800 watt RMS @ 2 ohm load mono amp. I cant decide witch Hifonics amp to get.

Hifonics TXi1008D that has 700 watt rms @ 2 ohm load.

OR

Hifonics BXi1206D that has 900 watt rms @ 2 ohm load.

WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET

get the 900! more power!

its better to have an amp that can make more power then the sub can handle then less. if you can afford it go for it.

just make sure all your setting are good, then the whole system isnt going to have to work as hard and the amp will make less heat.

plus priemer makes solid quality stuff i wouldnt be worried about over powering em with an extra 50w a piece
