which amp should i get

i come across these two amps for sell and was wondering which one would be better. i hear memphis makes some really good amp's just never really own one before. but i have owned a jl audio 250/2 amp before which i really like alot but for the price on these two amps i'm not sure which one to get.

memphis audio power reference 500.1 - $90
