which amp kit should i get for my audison LRx 4.300 (4 ch) 420W power amp? the 8-gauge amp kit? the speaker is a 2-way on the front and stock on the rear

and does the brand of amp kit make a lot of difference, eg. phoenix gold, power acoustik, stingpro etc?

u would be fine with either an 8g or 4g... brand doesnt usualy matter either which ever is cheapest is the best //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I think you should go with at least 4ga so you'll be able to upgrade to more power in the future (eventually everyone does when starting with a small system). It saves you the trouble of running new wire when you do want to upgrade. I myself am dreading the day I'm going to have to run 2ga wire to power my new system plans (ripping out interior panels). //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

Go to your local welding supply store and buy some 4ga wire, good if you ever feel like upgrading then you dont need to rip anything out. If you have some electrical knowledge, that would be just as easy !
