Looking at audiotechnix.com for an amp install kit.

Gonna be running a Infinity Kappa Five, 5 channel amp.

Hooking up some components for the front, coaxials for rear, and a single 10 or 12 sub woofer.

From what I have read, audio install places like to upcharge these kits, so I would really like to buy one online.

Thanks.

A good 4ga Kit will work just fine for that amp without any issues.Whats your MAX budget for an amp kit?You may have to buy 2 sets of RCAs outside of a kit, or one set, depending on if you get a kit for a four ch,or 2ch amplifier

Will prob just be running the front and rears at 4ohms, 50 watt rms.

Sub channel at 2ohms, 300 watts rms.

Headunit is a JVC KD-X80BT.

I would like the keep the amp kit under the $50 range, so it looks like I could just buy the cheaper of this

4 GA Car Audio Amplifier Installation Kit by Audio Technix

and if need be buy additional RCA's correct?

The above linked doesn't list quantity of rca, anyone know if this is for a 2 channel or 4 channel?

-Edit- looking closer at the image, it appears that kit is for a four channel.

Also, what are the advantages of the more expensive kit. The more expensive kit is Oxygen Free Copper, and the cheaper is Copper Clad Aluminum.

Its for a 2ch amplifier. If not specified, the kits will only be a 2ch more than likely.Thats good wiring no doubt, but you will still need to buy 2 more sets of RCAs to run @5ch,OFC is a better made wire compared to the other
