Which amp for girlfriend?

She drives a 00 cavalier and im giving her one of my old school type R's 12". It's dual 2 ohm vc, and 300 w RMS. Looking for suggestions for a decent amp around 100 bucks or so. I was looking at the Viper D300.1, but i dont know if it will work. thanks guys....

with a dual 2 ohm sub dont i have to run it at 1 ohm? i couldnt find any of those profile amps to be 1 ohm stable that were small enough. help me if im wrong

get a 4ohm load when wired in series...prob not enough power for that type r though.
