Which amp for a 10w6v2?

hey guys i got a new car and am changing up my system. i just bought a 10w6v2 and need an mp. Ive got a sundown SAZ1500D amp from my last car but i dont know if that will be overkill for the jl sub. Theres a guy locally selling a kicker kx750.1...which one would be better for the sub?

you can use any amp, but just set the gains correctly, dont put it upp high

Use the sundown... just dont run alot of power to it? Set your gains properly pretty much..
