Which Amp for (2) 12" Type R's? higher budget

I'm getting 2 12" Type R's. (srry for another thread on type r's,lol) anyway i'm looking for an amp for these, my budget is about $500. I've been thinking about a kicker kx 1200.1, a PG Xenon 1200.1, and some others. what do you think you be the best amp for these subs with my budget? thanks.

i got a Hifonics BXI-2006D pushin 2 12 Type Rs and it gets loud (2000w @ 1ohm), they are slightly overrated its more in the 1800+s, but the Rs take everything i put to them

pa3000d gets r's pretty loud, can be had for around 250 to

I don't need to spend all of the 500, that's just like my maximum spending budget on the amp. I would prefer a new amp, at first i was thinking of getting an Alpine PDX 1000.1 but I read about the fuses blowing alot, so i decided not to look at those. any more suggestions?

What ohm load will you be running? If 1 ohm I would suggest a Sundown 1500D. You can definately pick a used one up under your price range or come close with a new one from a dealer in your state or an internet dealer.

i'm new to car audio, so i don't know what ohm load i'll be running. (or what ohm means exactly). noob, lol.

if running a pair of dual 4ohm vc subs, go with an amp that'll do power you want/need at 1ohm. if the subs are dual 2ohm, go with an amp that'll do the same power but at 2ohm.

a refurb rockford 10001bd can be had for 330 shipped on ebay. much better than a lower end hifonics amp.
