Which amp better suited to my needs? ALPINE vx MTX

I have an ALPINE MRP f250 and I also have a MTX TC4004.

I intend to use one of them to power the speakers in my car which are all aftermarket ALPINE.

Which amp, of the choices listed would be best for this?

The mtx will put out more power and likely be louder, the alpine will sound cleaner. What kind of speakers do you have to run to them?

I have alpine coaxes in the back, rated 40 rms and alpine components in the front rated 80 rms.

These are two amps that I got for pretty good deals, too good to pass up.

The difference in clarity is be extremely noticeable, or negligible?
