Sonic electronics has some good deals on 4 channel amps this weekend. Im looking for something to replace my Dual 4 channel 40x4 rms amp. I will be powering two silver flute mids (80 rms) and two vifa tweets (80 rms).

Thanks

hmmm... well thanks Louisiana, your always so helpful here on the forums....

The mtx TC6004 seemed to look okay. It comes with a birth sheet and has 3 x 25 amp fuses, which seems to look better then the Hifonics with 2 x 30 amp fuses.

I was unaware that Zeff was head of the Ubuy thing. I wonder how cheap you can get their amps if buying quantity.
Neither did some chode on DIYMA because he said Arc Audio amplifiers were great and that Clarion and Cerwin Vega amplifiers suϲked. He ended up with egg on his face after it was pointed out that Ubuy manufactures Arc, Clarion, Cerwin Vega, Elf, and Vibe. Granted, there are some differences in the parts between the expensive Arc Audio and the lower cost offerings from the other manufacturers in that the Arc Audio amplifiers generally use higher cost capacitors, transistors, etc. Of course, with an Arc Audio selling for $520 authorized versus the Vibe that went for $150 a few weeks ago, I'd have no problems taking my chances on the lower cost amplifier.

I figured everyone knew that certain Clarion and CV amps shared Arc boards? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Alright well I went ahead and bought the vibe amplifier, at that price it's worth taking a shot to see how it preforms. Only thing I'm not liking right now is how the settings are located on the bottom of the amp
