If you want to run that much power and are worried about a "burp only" woofer. Then run multiple low-end subs.

you know, im actually thinking about having David from TeamPSI build me 2 badass 18s. I'm gonna talk to him later today about it, i think that might be a good route to go. he knows what my MTs can do now since hes very familiar with them, and im sure he can take that info, and the goals im looking for, and design me the perfect sub, and his prices look pretty decent too.

and im really liking that basket option he has where you can remove the whole basket/cone/coil from the motor as a whole, without having to recone.

im actually gonna do work on it today...just got it back in the garage...its been outside thats why i never felt like working on it. guess you could say im spoiled and will only build in the garage lol.

I say run some Wardens. My reasoning, they are capable of playing music. They aren't used by everyone and their grandma and the PSi stuff is a little pricey IMO. I say if you are willing to spend that much on a 'custom' woofer, get a NEO woofer.

i heard 2 21" wardens not even at half volume with the bass on the HU turned WAY down and it still got loud..

i would go with lvl5s imo. mts get loud as hell and i no the lvl5 or warden would get louder so you cant go wrong with either.....

ive heard the ia dps and they loud as heck, i can only imagine the wardens.

im sellin my 2 MTs, i wanna get some better 18s. want ones that get louder and lower.
i was gonna run the IA wardens, but ive heard those are more designed for large power burping, and the death penalties play lower. another option is dv lvl5's, or sundowns.

power i plan to go with is 4 20.1s, even 30/40.1s when those are out.

my wall is about 12ish net tuned to like 31hz.

Not at all the case. Fact is most people can not give them what they want for a daily system. I am running 2 3ks per daily
