Which 15" Subwoofer??

I want something that hits lows well with a box between 2.5-3 cu.ft.
You want loud lows sealed.... xmax is gonna be important here.
And, I believe what you really want is a sub that will do well in anything up to 2.5-3 cu ft... Im assuming you wouldn't turn your nose up at a potenially smaller box. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Now that I've been thinking about it, would one 15" or 2 12" be a better choice? Which do you

think would get loudest? I've been looking into the SI Mag and I really like integrity of the sub

and people's response.

**This would still be running off my Sundown 1500D**

Mags do not disappoint at all....mine are in 3 ft sealed each and they hit very hard. i have my incriminator 20.1 running at 0.5 ohms.

Yeah, I think I'm going to go with the Mags and I bet that Incriminator is awesome

on yours! (Almost bought one, and should have). The thing is between the one 15"

and 2 12". I know the 2 12 have more surface area compared to the 15", but I don't

want to run 2 Sundown 1500Ds. My thinking that that the one 15" would be better

to choose based on overall power needs. If I wanted to go 2 12" properly I would

need one more 1500D to do it "right." What do you think?

But here's another question: if your running a mono channel amp to 2 subs @ 1

ohm load, are both speakers getting the same 1500 watts or is the power split

between them both? Might be a dumb question but I never new the real answer.

if the amp puts out 1500@1 ohm and you have 2 subs hooked up, they would see 750 each
