....well a beat/instrumental. ive had it for the longest and i heard lloyd banks rap over it a week ago on the music channel on TV and it made me wonder where the **** its from again.

i dont feel like signing up for an account anywhere just to upload a single song. maybe i can send it to someone and they upload it?
