Where to replace car windshield?

I recently picked up a 1993 Lincoln Mark viii with a cracked windshield and was quoted 200 dollars, when i can get a perfectly nice piece of glass for 20 dollars and would just like a professional to install it, and have no problem paying around 100 for a pros time, but everywhere i find wouldnt install glass that i would provide. Any ideas?

Why don't you talk to one of those glass installers after his/her shift and see if you guys can work something out?

Was just told i can have it changed under insurance, oops. Didn't think they'd cover it considering it was existing, but they said Florida law states something about windshield repairs. Plus one for Florida.

most states do something like that. in ohio and chip can be fixed for 'free', but it's not totally free. it still shows up on your insurance history as a claim. found that out when i changed companies last time.

you can buy a repair kit and fix it yourself at any auto parts store
