where to put these tweeters??

heres my doors im going to cut a hole and drop in the dd t28 flushmount tweeters. where should i put them in this door?

I usually stick'em in the side mirror cover. I don't know what would be best for imaging, tho.

Angle mount them.

i cant put them there because the dash is to high on the driver side it will not fit there im thinking in the area above the 6 1/2 above door handle. what do you think
