Where to put a second battery?

I want to get a second batt for my system and i have room up by my engine.

Depends on the load of the amp but the more you actually need a second battery the closer it should be to the amplifiers.

if you have a spot under the hood put it there.

What kinda truck do you have, it may be easier to just put it back near the amps depending on the make.

I have a 1998 toyota t100, the extended cab. it only has the two front doors but there are seats in the back (not the fold down ones from the sides actual seats but not a lot of leg room lol)

i have my amps in the middle of my two front bucket seats. not sure where i could fit another battery in the cab. maybe under the back seat but i dont think its deep enough and the seat will hit it when its folded down.

i think i will have to go with putting one up front (if one even fits there haha) i want to put another optima so i have the same style batts but i may have to get a smaller kinetic or something that will fit if an optima doesnt.
