Where to obtain a truck box?

I have a single cab Chevy S10. I attempted to make a box already. FAILURE.

So, i have two questions...

1) Where would i find a good quality box for my truck? I'd prefer ported. I know its possible, the RE calculator made me a ported box for my single 12 tuned at 34.9 hz.

2)Would anybody want to build one for me? Anybody within hour or two of Murray, KY 42071. I would certainly pay for it, and drive to pick it up. I've already taken all measurements, i will provide them at request.

This is my 12" i bought. it reccoments 1.5cubes @30hz. I could probably squeeze out 1.5 including port displacement, because the box is long.
