Where to mount the amp

I am trying for the life of me to mount this amp. It seems too big and I don't really have a place to put it. I need some suggestions. Keep in mind I have to mount a MD42 in here as well. I am thinking of just going with so alpine pdx amps to save some space.

Here are some pictures:

Build a nice box back there with an amp rack on top with mabey you distro blocks between the two amps. Or do like in the second pic using a board fit in there to secure it to. I have a picuture in my head of doing it but hard to describe about the amp rack. Do you have enough room to do them end to end with some space in the middle. I might try to draw something up thats in my head, see what I can do.

2nd pic, maybe put 1/2inch wood behind the carpet/panel so u have something to screw into.
That's what I would do. If you don't want to screw the board into the back wall, you could use several strips of that ultra wide (2-3+ inch wide) velcro, glue one side to the back wall, then the other half to a thin board. Mount the board to the velcro, put the factory carpeting over it, and use several short screws to mount the amp to the board..

Just throwing this out there... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
