Where to mount Boston Comps in a Truck?

Hi there, I have a Dodge ram CTD and just got a set of Boston SX60 comps to replace the front kappa 6x9 speakers.

I got a set of kappas 3.5" speakers in the dash that are powered from the HU, so that position is ruled out for the tweeters.

The 6.5"midbass are gonna be mounted on the 6x9 location, I really dont want to put the tweeter over there because I will loose alot of sound from it.

Do you guys think it will sound good if I mount them all the way on top of the A-pillar and face them directly to the front middle seat, the tweeters are gonna be around 3"above ear level?

I would start out by placing the tweets near the mids. If you don't like them there you can move them around to find the spot that best suits you. Boston tweets on the A-pillar are probably going to be very bright. Use a little double sided tape with plenty of wire on the tweets and you should be able to move them around until you find where you like them best.
