where to look for 6x9" mid/subwoofer?

I am looking for something to throw in the back of my 2000 solara. Factory 6x9" spot so ill just keep it that way and run about 50rms@4ohm or 75rms@2ohm. I really am looking for new, but if someone has something post it up. Any good sites or brands to check into? I am not looking to spend much money. $50-150(max)
