Where to get resistors

My tweeters are too bright, I have done all I can. I can't find where to get any resistors so the bump up the resistance, to say 4.5ohm. TY

Polk momo 5.25 and an eclipse xa4000 (125wx4) and the xover is at -6db already. and why a bad idea, might I ask?

Go to the store and buy a variable oscillating wire-wound inverting gate resistor.
