Any hobby-type store...pillow stuffing...pretty common. Wal-mart prolly has it in there somewhere.

Yep...16-20oz or so per cubic foot. And you can get it at Wal-Mart or any fabric store...it's just the stuff you use to fill up pillows.

do you just throw it in the box? does it not get caught up inside the sub or anything???

You can get the stuff that comes in sheets or just a big ball of it. With either of the two you can use some adhesive and spray it on the stuffing or on the box where you want to put it so it doesnt float around.
