Where to get Next VRz 5.500 Fixed

I am thinking of picking one up that goes into protection when powered up. The guy is selling it super cheap and was wondering where to get it fixed. If it is fried can it be fixed? How much does it cost to fix an amp? Any help would be appreciated.
