where to get abs plastic sheets?

Ive decided its time to seriously seal the door.

Big giant obnoxious awkwardly shaped hole.

Old school car audio guy gave me some advice. Get a big sheet of ABS 1/8 thick plastic and use a heat gun to mold an exact cover for the hole, then add CLD ontop of it all. Then you dont get the problem of having a passive radiator that many people with large holes get, when they just cover the whole **** thing in CLD without any brace.

So heres my issue. Does anyone know where i can get some abs plastic thats like 36x36 or bigger? Lowes/home depot have both failed me. Im a little lost as to where to get it.

I've got big plexi sheets at lowes or Menards that's 1/8" could cut to size with a dremil.

For ABS plastic, your best bet may be to order online

I have seen hobby shops that have large sheets of abs plastic. Model railroad guys use them as a base to build their towns on.

obviously not the best example but you could see how if you had a template made of cardboard or whatever to fit your hole, then cut out that template on an abs sheet. put a screw or two into your door to hold the plastic there and then use a heat gun to get curves, you would end up having quite an exact copy of your doors curves.

Put some ccf in certain places to stop it from rattling against metal, CLD on the other side and now you have an exact ,deadened hole cover

Or weld sheet metal in.... then cover with deadener

I used sheet metal, cld, sheet metal screws and clear silicone. You can get very large sheets easy at Home Depot and Lowes.

Idk. Im just not a fan of sheet metal. Pliablility isnt there

Aluminum sheet metal with layers of CLD works and is pliable.
