Where to get a steering wheel wrapped?

So I have a steering wheel that I need some custom upholstery work done on.

About 60% of the wheel is covered in leather, including the tricky parts where it meets the spokes. The sections on top and bottom are a hard plastic. I want to leave the leather, but have the plastic portions covered in suede. I have the wheel removed and ready to be worked on, and I have the material. A quality job done takes priority over price and turnaround time. I can ship this anywhere and wait on it. I just want it to be perfect when I get it back.

I have checked around online and I have gone to several upholstery shops in my area. No luck yet.

Anyone here know of a place that can do this?
