www.secondskinaudio.com

The owner, Anthony, is on this site once and awhile. Nice guy to deal with.

The best VALUE is RAAmat. www.raamaudio.com

I would personally go with RAAmat for the savings and the service //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

after using the forum discount for Second Skin damplifier and raammat bxt end up close to the same price. since its so close I say go for Damplifier
Is that with shipping included??

SS Damplifier Pro: .49 lbs/ft^2, 80 mils

RAAMatt BXT60: .38lbs/ft^2, 60 mils

If they are the same price, then SS is the clear winner. Remember what you are after here is mass loading...the thicker and heavier, the better.

The alternative is high temp polymeric mastic sheets from McMaster-Carr. The sheets are HEAVY....each one weighs ~8.5 lbs (.7lbs/ft^2) are are .079" thick (not sure what that is in mils). The downside is that a heat gun and extra adhesive are necessary. Great choice for the floors of the vehicle.

Cost before shipping for 36ft^2 is $43.86 ($1.22 per ft^2). //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gif

Even if they were the exact same price, I'd still go for the Raammat.

But Rick has also been known to give a $20 discount to members of ECA.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

He said Damp, not Damp Pro.
