Where to Buy RMS DMM?

I have a Sears meter that's worked fine for 20 years.

Any DMM that reads AC volts will read it in RMS, not peak. However distortion can affect the reading unless it's a "True RMS" type.

Be aware that the frequency response of a typical DMM is rather poor since and they're made to measure power line frequencies. Do your testing between 50-400 Hz for best accuracy. Especially true with amp clamps.
