Where to buy recone parts?

I need to recone a 12" Rockford Fosgate P3. Looking for some cheap experimental recone parts to do it with. Here are the specs on the motor/basket. The P3 10" recones are on ebay for 12$. Im not trying to spend alot as they arent worth much to me, but i have 4 of them to recone. Little experimental project for my GFs car. I have spoke with both SPLaudio and PSI and they both think they arent worth reconing, but reconing them would be around 100 each. Not looking to spend alot incase i mess up on them. More of a learning experience im looking forward to.

You are going to need WAY more detailed specs. Like using a caliper to get exact measurements.
