Where to buy products availabe overseas only?

Are there any places where I can buy car audio equipment that is only available in Europe? Or perhaps any store overseas that I can purchase from?

I'm looking for an in dash navigation receiver made by Blaupunkt, it is called the DX-R52. They only offer the RNS 150 in the U.S., and I prefer the R52 much better, mainly because it is available in black and will retain the factory/stock look.
