In that lit they tell you the about the different modules they can supply. All you need to build your own is a few precision resistors and a DIP header to make your own SS filter. I am sure they would gladly supply the simple math formula to you if you email them and ask. I think its the same formula they use for all they older discrete crossover filters they use to make over the years.
