Where to buy an RE8?

Hey, I've looked around the forum and google and cant find out where I can find one. I've been using a JL 8w0 for a while but it really kinda sucks. A whole 80 watts of bass!

Anyway, i've heard good things about it but have no idea where to get one.

Also, does anyone know the mounting depth, because I have quite limited space.

I sent an email to RE but I havent recieved a reply. I'm going for pretty much SQL, I dont need it to be that loud, but I want something that has no slop to it.

I also have a 5" maximum mounting depth. I'll look into the assasins.

BTW I have 250w to throw at whatever I get.

With 250 watts the Assasin would probably be the better choice. And you'll never get an answer to that email, just go ahead and try calling. May take a couple tries but you'll get through.

Are you saying that 250w is alot or a little for the RE8.

I'd rather underpower an sub slightly and have some headroom if I ever upgrade my amplifier.

Also, both the assasin and the RE8 are under $100, and something like a JL 8w3v2 is double that. Are JL subs just way overpriced or am I just crazy to expect for good sound with a $75 subwoofer? All I know is that my 8w0 is becoming painfully bad. I have Boston Pro60's on the way and its just not cutting it anymore.
