Where to buy 15-20 ft of a 9 conductor wire???

Man its pretty tough to find if you ask me, without being like $40. I have JL 9 wire in 1 car and looking to put another 9 wire in my new car. I know I have seen them for like $15 bucks or somethin....anywhere know where it is cheap??
