Where is a place to get metered near Vancouver, WA?

I'm looking to get metered, I'm just curious as usual. Never had it done before, so I don't know where to go. Does anyone (non-business) around Vancouver, WA have one, or is there a shop that will do it for free (or cheap)?

Once we are setup for it we will do it but for now I dont know of anyone here that does.

Whoa, I didn't noticed you live in Oregon. What's your shop, if you have one?

I'm runnin an Atomic APX-18 in an 8cf double baffled and reinforced box tuned @ 28hz, hooked up to a RF T1001bd @ 1 ohm, no big 3, no extra battery, stock alt, 4ga power and ground. Any guesses on what it'll do? Kind of hard to guess, I know. It's in a Saab 900, by the way.

I think you're hosed until the MECA show in September in Lincoln City, gonna have to wait and enter your car - Lol.

Check out the northwest comp forum here on CA, look for people holding meets, ask around, I know ridn and noph33 have a meter and occasionally try to have meets but they are in northern Washington. Check with shops in your area, many will give you 20 minutes with the meter for $20.

IDK if you got a car toys.. but most of them have them and are pretty cheap to get meter'd... but some shops only got up to 140 on their meter's and some go higher.. depends on the store.. at least thats how it around here..

That sure would be cool if I hit 40's! What's the difference between outlaw and legal? Sorry, newb question...

I expect my next car to hit 150 (outlaw probably)...but it will have extra batteries, big 3, bigger amp, etc.

sealed on the dash is legal. outlaw is anywhere else, usually in the kick panel.

Well, I went to Audiosource today to get metered. They have a Gold Line SPL meter. I used it for a few minutes, windows up, right where my knee sits. With a bass tester, it read 148.5, and with music, it read 142.5 (Ayo Technology, I think). I would have tested more places and songs, but they were closing up. I'm guessing its off by a few db, so I'm betting SickGV was spot on, or close. I'm pretty happy, given what I've got. It will definitely be much higher with my next install.
