http://www.mecp.org Go to the website, I think they have a test Center locator, but basically just buy the book and read.

its a good thing to have if your wanting to work at a Best Buy or Circuit city, they are always looking for MECP certified installers

yeah, for the cost of the test and book, its really not a bad thing to have

yeah its like only 70 bucks total for the basic exam and the book i beleive
