Where has psi gone??? They do not respond at all

I have e-mailed them about a month ago and then again 3 weeks ago and even wrote to them on their contact us page. I have not received a response and was wondering what happened to them. I see other people receiving recones and I don't understand how they're receiving any type of response why I'm not. Please help

Weird, I've been talking to them about a recone over the past week or two. Sometimes their responses take 1-2 days sometimes they're back to me within the hour...

Anytime I message them, they get back to me within a day or two. As the guy above said, sometimes it can take less than an hour.
