i saw "wire" so i figured i would throw that out for speaker wire concerns, not sure they have power wire or not though

i made about $100 on 100 feet of HDMI as well

yeah but wire doesnt really break, i mean the insulation canget faded, scraped, or marked, but the wire is fine as long as it hasnt been cut up at all, but i understand where your coming from
