Speaker terminals? you mean terminal cups? I dont use terminal cups. Terminal cups only add resistance and dont like it when you really put the power to the driver.

yep just drill small hole in box and seal with a lil silicon.

but when i build boxes for people somtimes they insist on terminals so i go to this store called EPO that got all kinds of computer/audio parts for like 0.65$
