If you think so...

With the right front comps, and right amp, in combination with a good sub, all properly setup, you definitely do not need rear fill. The passengers in the back seat of my car hear the music just as well as the front passenger and driver. No need for back speakers, they would just ruin the staging anyways.

The only time you would 'need' rear speakers is if you are running a 5.1 system.

As for great sounding comps in your price range, check out the eD 6500s for $250 shipped. Best comp set around for that price.

get the AA component set and then run coaxils in the rear
or wait for the ology audio set to come out sometime

im sorry, i usually dont bash people, but WOW.... where have you been the last 3 months??!?!? and you have nearly 3500 posts?!?! Comon man, whats wrong with you? lol

edit: but to be nice... a good 3 way set, you wont need ANY rear,mid fill.... i heard a set of boston pro's freakin loud no need for a sub when mated with a DLS 8" for midbass work.
