Just get a really big power inverter and use regular PA equipment.

Pyamids got shitloads of PA equipment for really cheap (not the best sq though).

A guy i know has a crappy one in his K5. he has a noise problem so when he uses it his headlights flash like strobes. he is always harrassing people in parking lots...

God, my friend wants a PA system so he can harass people as he drives by. Its kinda silly and the equipement seems like it will just be a novelty and a waste of space in the long run.
