Where can I find a What to know thread?

A little while ago I did a search to find info for a set up I'm doing in my car, but, I came across a thread from this website about "what you need to know if you wanted to start a car audio bussiness". It looked pretty interesting but I didn't have time to read it and I can't remember how I got to it. Does anyone know where I could find it?
